You need to log in to the mobile app in order to sync your information from MyWOCN.

To log in to the mobile app, use the Badge Number you received in your WOCN Society 2017 email messages.

If you do not have an email message available, simply enter your email address on the MyWOCN login page on the event site and click on "Forgot Password". You will receive an email with your Badge Number, as long as you are a registered event participant.

Select "Tracks" from the app dashboard. In this section, the sessions are grouped into categories by specific keywords, industry functions, or product type and then sorted by day and time. Click on a track name for session details and speaker info. 

From the app menu dashboard, select the My Notes app icon. 

To add a note, tap on the "pencil" icon on the bottom of the screen.

To edit one of your notes, tap on the "folder" icon on the bottom of the screen to see more details.

To email the notes to yourself or a contact, tap on the "arrow" on the bottom of the screen.

You can also add notes to sessions you attend or plan to attend. There is a "Notes" button on each session's description page. These notes can also be emailed.

Log in to the app to sync your information from MyWOCN.

From the app menu dashboard, select "My Planner". From here you can manage your lists of favorite exhibitors, sessions and meetings that you have added in MyWOCN.

My Exhibitors
This contains your list of favorite exhibitors.To add an exhibitor as a favorite, simply click on the star icon next to the company name.

My Itinerary

To add a session to your event itinerary, select a session from the Schedule screen, click on the star icon to add the session in your device's calendar.

To add a meeting with an exhibitor to your itinerary, click on Exhibitors from the dashboard menu. Select the exhibitor you'd like to schedule a meeting with and then click on the Meeting icon on the top navbar. Select a date and time, add notes if needed and then click on "Save."

To add a personal meeting from the My Itinerary page, click on the "calendar" icon at the bottom of the screen. Select your desired day and time
and add details in "Meeting Notes" section.

Remove a Saved Session

Tap on the "star" icon next to the Session title to remove the listing from your planner.

Select the Speakers icon from the menu dashboard. The speakers are listed in alphabetical order, by their last name.

Tap on the speaker's name to read their bio and view the session(s) where they are presenting at the event.

You can also find out the speaker(s) for a particular session by viewing a session from the Schedule page.

From the app menu dashboard, tap on the Social Media button to follow the WOCN Society's social media accounts. Click on the Facebook app icon to go to the event's Facebook page or tap on the Twitter app icon to go to the event's Twitter page so that you can easily track their activity. To connect with colleagues click on the LinkedIn app icon. You can also view WOCN Society's photos on Instagram and videos on YouTube.

Follow a post, reply to a post, retweet a post, and mark a tweet as a favorite - all within the mobile app.

MyWOCN has the ability to generate recommended matches for event participants based on precise matching criteria. Exhibitors can generate a list of attendees who are their recommended best matches and are looking for products and services in their chosen categories. Accurate matchmaking means users can get started with networking immediately instead of spending time on searching for matches.

MyWOCN enables exhibitors to increase their ROI and maximize their time onsite by networking and scheduling meetings with matched and favorite buyers before the event even starts. Your pre-show lead generation is given a boost with Recommendations provided by the system, instead of waiting for target buyers to hopefully walk by your booth on the showroom floor.

  2. Log in using your Password (sent in your welcome email)

To update your online booth profile:

  1. Log in to the Exhibitor Console using the password found in your welcome email.
  2. Select Edit Company E-Booth Profile.
  3. Review and update your company contact information.
    • Scroll to the section where you are asked for "Website Url" and enter the web address that you would like attendees to visit for more information about your company.
    • IMPORTANT: Select the Product Categories for your products and services. This is the primary data source used for generating your best system matches.
    • To add your social media links, scroll to the bottom of the profile form and enter your links in the specified fields. Once these fields are complete the icons for social media outlets will be displayed on your eBooth profile.
    • Be sure to scroll down and complete all sections. Click on the "Save" button.

To receive your best matches you need to make sure that your eBooth Profile has been completed. Most of your company information is already in your profile, but it's always a good idea to review it in case important information has changed.

What will deliver your best matches, however, are the Product Categories selected for your business. This is a very simple, but critical, step for the system to deliver your best matches. Also, selecting appropriate product categories will make it easier for your best matched attendees to find you when they are conducting searches for exhibitors to visit onsite.

  • Once you are logged in select Edit Company E-Booth Profile from the Exhibitor Console.
  • Review your company information and make any necessary updates
  • Select the categories for your products and services

To search for attendees, select the Search the Attendee List button located on the Exhibitor Console page.

  • Attendees Interested in My Company:

    This is a list of attendees who have favorited your eBooth profile. Attendees may search for exhibitors based on a number of factors such as product offerings, geographic location, and keywords that they have indicated as relevant to them. Please ensure that you have updated your eBooth profile with complete information, so as to provide attendees with richer, searchable content within your eBooth and increase your likelihood of being favorited.
  • Search:

    If you would like to perform a detailed search for an attendee, select the Search tab to search by keyword, category, country and state.
  • My Favorited Attendees

    This is a list of attendees that you have tagged as favorites.
  • My Matched Attendees: Potential Leads

    This is a list of your system matches. Increase your chances of getting better leads by selecting the appropriate Product Categories in your eBooth Profile.

Once you have identified an attendee that you are interested in, you can add them to your list of favorite buyers by clicking the star icon beside their name.

To find attendees who have favorited your company, click on the Attendees Interested In My Company tab on the Attendee Lists & Search page.

You can send an email to a specific attendee from any of your attendee lists by clicking on the envelope icon. An email will be sent directly to the attendee's inbox.

To request an appointment with an attendee, simply go to the Attendee List. Click on the calendar icon on the far right of the selected attendee's name.

Select a date and time that works with your schedule.

Select a location from the dropdown menu.

Enter a short message explaining why you would like to meet.

Click on the "Submit" button to send the appointment request.

You can quickly preview any updates you make to your eBooth profile by clicking on the computer screen icon, located next to your booth number in the Exhibitor Console

To perform a more extensive search, go to the Advanced Search page. Search for exhibitors by keyword, product category, country and state.

The My Exhibitors list contains the names of all the exhibitors you have tagged as favorites.

You can add an exhibitor as a favorite from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the star icon next to their company name. Your list of favorites can be found under the My Exhibitors tab.

You can request an appointment with a specific exhibitor from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the calendar icon. Choose a convenient date and time and write a short note requesting an appointment. Your request will be sent to the exhibitor's inbox.

You can track your appointments in your calendar found on the View MyWOCN Appointments page. In the View MyWOCN Appointments you can click on an appointment to accept, decline, or make modifcations. You can export or print the calendar by choosing the correct option in the upper right corner of the calendar.
