You need to log in to the mobile app in order to sync your information from MyWOCN.

To log in to the mobile app, use the Badge Number you received in your WOCN Society 2018 email messages.

If you do not have an email message available, simply enter your email address on the MyWOCN login page on the event site and click on "Forgot Password". You will receive an email with your Badge Number, as long as you are a registered event participant.

You can view the Interactive Floor Plan by clicking on the Maps icon in the app dashboard. 

The Main Map will highlight booths belonging to the exhibitors that you have added to your Personalized Planner. You can also view an exhibitor’s profile from the map view by clicking on their booth.

How to find your location on the interactive floor plan:

1. Click on the Locate Me button at the bottom of the interactive floor plan.

2. Enter a nearby exhibitor's name and then click Search.

3. Click on the listed exhibitor's name, a marker will appear on the map to indicate where you are currently located on the show floor. 

Select "Tracks" from the app dashboard. In this section, the sessions are grouped into categories by specific keywords, industry functions, or product type and then sorted by day and time. Click on a track name for session details and speaker info. 

From the app menu dashboard, select the My Notes app icon. 

To add a note, tap on the "pencil" icon on the bottom of the screen.

To edit one of your notes, tap on the "folder" icon on the bottom of the screen to see more details.

To email the notes to yourself or a contact, tap on the "arrow" on the bottom of the screen.

You can also add notes to sessions you attend or plan to attend. There is a "Notes" button on each session's description page. These notes can also be emailed.

Log in to the app to sync your information from MyWOCN.

From the app menu dashboard, select "My Planner". From here you can manage your lists of favorite exhibitors, sessions and meetings that you have added in MyWOCN.

My Exhibitors
This contains your list of favorite exhibitors.To add an exhibitor as a favorite, simply click on the star icon next to the company name.

My Itinerary

To add a session to your event itinerary, select a session from the Schedule screen, click on the star icon to add the session in your device's calendar.

To add a meeting with an exhibitor to your itinerary, click on Exhibitors from the dashboard menu. Select the exhibitor you'd like to schedule a meeting with and then click on the Meeting icon on the top navbar. Select a date and time, add notes if needed and then click on "Save."

To add a personal meeting from the My Itinerary page, click on the "calendar" icon at the bottom of the screen. Select your desired day and time
and add details in "Meeting Notes" section.

Remove a Saved Session

Tap on the "star" icon next to the Session title to remove the listing from your planner.

Select the Speakers icon from the menu dashboard. The speakers are listed in alphabetical order, by their last name.

Tap on the speaker's name to read their bio and view the session(s) where they are presenting at the event.

You can also find out the speaker(s) for a particular session by viewing a session from the Schedule page.

From the app menu dashboard, tap on the Social Media button to follow the WOCN Society's social media accounts. Click on the Facebook app icon to go to the event's Facebook page or tap on the Twitter app icon to go to the event's Twitter page so that you can easily track their activity. To connect with colleagues click on the LinkedIn app icon. You can also view WOCN Society's photos on Instagram and videos on YouTube.

Follow a post, reply to a post, retweet a post, and mark a tweet as a favorite - all within the mobile app.
